Definition
This Ministry is a sub-ministry of the Support Ministry Communication, Publication and Archives.
Goals
We focus on translating the reports that are to be submitted to the Synod Meeting and all the correspondence of the head office.
Focus Areas
We focus on the effective use of language, terminology and to keep in mind who our target readers are.
Challenges
We have the following challenges:
- Ministries always send their reports too late to the Translation Ministry. It has to be received by us at a reasonable time.
- We also have to sometimes organize interpreters who are capable to understand our church terminology.
