Definition
The Brigade focuses on the development of young people mainly by means of physical education, music, life orientation as well as spiritual programs. This is the only youth organisation that was established by a church member of Maitland, Cape Town, Mr Dawid Lewis, on 25 March 1925.
Criteria
It is an open organisation; everyone is welcome. The Brigade has members as young as 5 years up to 93 years of age.
